Leaders open up a 12-point gap in Louth Summer Snooker League

With just two matches to play in the T. Marris Carpets Louth Summer Snooker League, PH Mountain Cardboard Services increase their lead to 12 points from the now second placed Kitchen Solutions, who hit Louth Volksworld for seven.

Kitchen Solutions have been closing in on the runners-up spot in the Summer Snooker League and now they have finally moved into that position replacing the Louth Volksworld team they thumped 7-1, Dave Revell, Mark Pickard and Craig Young all won for the hosts as the visitors recent poor run continues.

PH Mountain Cardboard Services are now 12 clear after a narrow 5-3 home win over Dales Poultry & Game.

Craig Shaw gave the away outfit the early advantage, but it didn't last to long as the defending champions levelled through Matt Chandler and took the honours courtesy of Mark Parrinder.

NT Shaw of Louth had a drive out and it proved successful as they beat Saltfleetby Snooker Club 6-2, The hosts earned a couple of drawn games but 2-0 wins from both Ian Cook and Joe Hunt for the visitors more or less settles whose not going to get out of the basement.

Jack Westerby Driving School took an early lead through Jack Westerby in their away encounter with Faulkners Louth Ltd, but it was the home side who finished the stronger with Ray Charlton and Joe Tomkins clinching a great 2-1 win.
