Competitors have taken part in is virtual duathlons with other clubs from the area, which has seen them running and cycling set distances over three days, ensuring members were abiding by the early rules only exercising outside once a day.

Members results were then posted online and collated. These great fun virtual events kept the club motivated and engaging with others online.

Members had to run or walk and cycle as far as they could for 19 minutes.

These were held over separate weekends.

Again it was a bit of fun and the club actively encouraged family members and children to take part.

Also on the list was a 12-hour turbo relay challenge with a live feed on social media.
