"Thoresby 10 is a 5k, 10k, 10-mile and half marathon autumnal trail run in the beautiful grounds of Thoresby Park, north Nottinghamshire," said Mark Lyon, who completed the half marathon in a fantastic time of 1hr 32 mins.

"It is multi-terrain and can be a challenging run with the undulating course and mixed underfoot surfaces."

Janine Baker and Ian Kocko competed the 10-miler in a great time of 1hr 37 mins, putting all those long Sunday runs to good use.
