Retford five in Midlands event

Josh Stephenson-Ganner claimed a gold and a silver medal in the 4 x 200m relay and 1500m freestyle events.

Dan Gagg brought home a silver for the 4 x 100m medley relay, and a bronze medal in the 50m breaststroke.

Owen Roberts made the finals of the 100m and 200m freestyle, finishing in fourth and seventh places respectively.

Dan Gagg: 100m freestyle 56.42 7th, finals 57.74 8th, 50m breaststroke 32.46 3rd, finals 32.52 bronze, 100m breaststroke 1:12.12 4th, finals 1:11.50 4th, 200m breaststroke 2:36.87 7th, 200m IM 2:18.09 3rd, finals 2:19.86 7th, 4 x 100m medley relay silver.
