Ten-year-old Casey Wain and Thomas Colbourne, nine, not only train three times a week with Skegness Swim Club, but also attend Rookie Life Guard training for one hour a week in a class lesson run by Magna Vitae at the Embassy Swimming pool.

This session teaches various life saving skills such as CPR, rope throws, how to rescue from the water and to deal with the Emergency Services if required.
