Buccaneers go in search of first win

The Boston Buccaneers will return to Midlands Premier action on Saturday.

It’s top versus bottom at the Princess Royal Sports Arena as sixth-placed Boston play host to Leicester Storm, the only team with a 100 per cent record left.

Mark Bean’s Rugby League outfit are still in search of their first victory of the campaign, following away defeats at the Nottingham Outlaws (60-12) and Sherwood Wolf Hunt (48-16).

Storm, in contrast, have claimed three victories at the expense of Derby City, the Outlaws and Wolf Hunt.

However, with fresh personnel recently added to the playing squad, the Buccs will be hoping to end their first home game of the campaign with victory.

Kick off at the Boardsides will be at 2.30pm.
