Nobody made more Market Rasen & Louth appearances over the past decade than Ben Chamberlin - 10 years of stats

Outgoing captain Ben Chamberlin made the most appearances for Market Rasen & Louth RFC over the past decade.

In that period the club have played 274 matches, winning 128 and drawing two. In that period the club scored 6,195 points and conceded 6,194.

The most points scored (1,015) and least points conceded (298) both came in the 2010-11 campaign where Rasen & Louth won three trophies.

The relegation season of 2017-18 saw the club record their lowest points tally (417) and also ship the most (1,218).

Rob Rigby scored the most individual tries in a season (26 from 27 starts and one substitute appearance in 2010-11).

In 2016-17 Dan Robinson scored the most individual points of a season (214 from 29 starts).

The most players used in a season (45) arrived in 2011-12 and 2012-13 while just 36, the lowest number, were used in both 2010-11 and 2019-20.

“During this period 135 players have represented the first team, several have made fleeting appearances, but 29 can boast of over 50 games” said Mr Everton.

Chamberlin, who announced his retirement from playing at the end of the campaign, made the most appearances for the Red and Greens over the past decade, as well as the most starts.
