Race night
Worksop Rugby Club will be hosting a race night this Saturday to raise funds for three local charities.
Tickets for the event, held at the club on Stubbing Lane, are still available. Money raised will go towards the Andrew Sherwood Foundation, Age UK, and Junior Rugby.
The brother of Andrew Sherwood, who was diagnosed with a brain tumour in 2010, presented the match ball to Worksop Rugby Club’s vice captain at the weekend ahead of a fundraising event. For more information or to buy tickets for Saturday’s race night call Mark Walker on 07538 291343.
