To capitalise on the fantastic World Cup win by the GB team last year, the LTA have chosen 1,000 coaches across the country to each deliver free coaching sessions to 10 children who have not played tennis before, with 10,000 children therefore benefiting from the scheme.

Karl attended an amazing inspirational training session in Loughborough last week, led by GB Davis Cup captain Leon Smith.

The 88 coaches from the Midlands Region were treated to a high energy session and Karl was still buzzing with enthusiasm when he returned to the Horncastle courts.

The sessions will take place at Horncastle Tennis Club in the summer term and the club will be in touch with local schools to provide further details in the next few weeks.
