Tim is in full swing as he collects two top awards

The seniors raised £865 throughout the year for the Lincolnshire Air Ambulance.

Also at the Christmas lunch, Tim Brown was presented with the Seniors’ Player of the Year trophy.

Tim was also Kirton Holme Golf Club’s Most Improved Player.

The December round of the nine-hole mixed Winter Series was played last Sunday, again in good conditions.

Husband and wife Kevin and Sarah Hawkesworth were the high scorers this time with 24 points, moving them up from 15th place to overall joint second.

Shane Rowett and Trica Sharp scored 23 points to consolidate their position in the table.

The Men held their Christmas Stableford Competition on Saturday, followed by Christmas dinner.

A total of 30 players enjoyed the day, Mark Atkins blowing everyone away with winning score of 45.
