TRIATHLON: Sleaford club members out in force for 10K

Tri3 Sleaford Triathlon Club were out in force for Sunday's Woodall Spa 10K, putting in some blistering performances.

Jenny and Chris Smith-Wood (pictured with their medals) were amongst those who took part in this fantastic event.

In addition, a number of club members competed in the 80-mile continental-style Gran Fondo UK Tour of Cambridgeshire, with both Steve and Mandy Jackson qualifying for the GB team.

The club enjoyed a training session at Billinghay outdoor pool (pictured) on Saturday with the juniors involved in a series of swim-bike-run challenges under the direction of coaches June Jackson, Mark Holman and Niki Durham. There was also a swimming master class for the seniors run by coach David Foster. The club will be making use of this excellent facility again later in the month.
