Valuable lessons learnt at ju-jitsu fun night
Grown-ups got in on the act at Skegness Cobra Ju-Jitsu last week when the club held a parents' fun night.
Students were invited to bring their parents along and take part in a special course designed for children to learn how to escape from a larger attacker.
A number of parents joined in and everyone agreed valuable skills had been shown and learned.
The session will be repeated twice more during the year to add to these valuable skills.
Cobra Ju-Jitsu meet every Friday, juniors from 6.30pm to 7.30pm and seniors from 7.45pm to 9.15pm.
