Candlelit classical concert kicks off month of music at St Denys’ Church
A candlelit concert of classical music by Vivaldi and Mozart will begin a series of entertainment events within Sleaford’s parish church.
Lumos brings enchanting concert experiences paying homage to world famous artists.

On this occasion they have partnered with St Denys’ Church to deliver a magical concert experience on Friday December 5, with a donation going to charity.
Pieces will be by a string trio, featuring Mozart’s Eine kleine nachtmusik and Movements from Divertimento k.563.
From Vivaldi you will hear Movements from Four Seasons, Gloria, and Concerto in A minor 3rd Movement.
The team behind Lumos explains: “We believe music should be more than just heard, it should be felt. Our candlelit concerts transform timeless classics and modern favourites into unforgettable live experiences. From Coldplay to Vivaldi, ABBA to Beyoncé, each show is designed to move hearts, spark memories, and create moments you’ll never forget.
“Every venue we choose is handpicked for its character, charm, and atmosphere. Whether it’s a grand theatre, a hidden gem, or a historic church, the glow of thousands of candles turns it into a place where music feels truly magical.
“Our mission goes beyond music. Each month, we support a charity whose work makes the world brighter, from protecting animals to tackling global challenges. By joining us, you’re not only experiencing something beautiful, but also helping us make a difference.
“We’re here to remind people of the power of live music, to connect, to heal, to bring joy. Because in the glow of candlelight, every note feels just a little more special.”
