School musicians get to rub shoulders with RAF College band
Six music students from Carre's Grammar School and four from Kesteven and Sleaford High School joined other local schools to rehearse with the RAF College Band at Cranwell.
Band members supported students as they rehearsed four pieces for an afternoon concert. The students were also treated to a drill display and a tour of some of the camp’s facilities.
The afternoon performance was attended by students from local primary and secondary schools and was inspiring for all involved.
