Conducted by Michael Parsons, the programme will consist of a collection of evergreen orchestral classics.

The evening will begin with Verdi’s overture, The Force of Destiny, and close with Rimsky Korsakov’s Scheherazade.

The Lincolnshire Philharmonia Orchestra was founded in 2001 by Malcom Goodman and incorporates musicians from the band of the RAF College, other RAF personnel and instrumentalists from around the region.

It aims to ensure the local community can experience performances from the full symphonic repertoire.

Proceeds will be donated to local and national charities. Over the years, substantial funds have been donated to worthy causes.

The concert is on Sunday, starting at 7.30pm. Tickets are £7.50 for adults and £4 for accompanied under 16s.

Tickets can be reserved by contacting Jason Rose on 07402 181408, or by going online at www.wegottickets.com/event/360591. Some tickets will be available on the door.
