The bay window exhibition (pictured) is of old agricultural and domestic tools and is generating a lot of interest, according to committee member Jan Spooner.

A cabinet inside contains more stories and artefacts about the use of these tools.

This replaced the museum’s Christmas display.

The museum still has a comprehensive display on the town’s bottled drinks maker Lea and Green inside and another new display on the story of Haverholme estate and house will be revealed next week.

To date the museum has had well over 2,000 visitors since it opened in April.

The museum website is fully up and running; comments and contact can be made through it on www.sleafordmuseum.org.uk as well as Twitter, Facebook and Trip Advisor.
