Taking place on Saturday 27th June, Armed Forces Day is a national opportunity to show appreciation for all those who serve, as well as veterans, reservists and their families.

To recognise the vital role military personnel play, Chestnut Homes is offering its Forces and NHS Discount across a range of its developments in Lincolnshire, helping eligible buyers make their move to a brand-new home.

Through the scheme, serving members of the Armed Forces and employees of the NHS can benefit from having £5,000* to spend their way when they reserve a new Chestnut home. The flexible contribution can be used in whichever way best supports their move, whether that’s towards a deposit, upgrades, moving costs or personalising their new home.

Samantha Hart, Sales and Marketing Director at Chestnut Homes, said: “Armed Forces Day is an important moment to recognise the dedication and sacrifice of those who serve our country, as well as their families who support them every day.

“We’re proud to offer this incentive as a small way of saying thank you, helping the journey to a new home that little bit easier for those who give so much to our communities.”

Chestnut Homes has been building high-quality new homes across Lincolnshire for almost 40 years, creating carefully designed developments in well-connected locations.

The discount is available on a range of homes across Chestnut Homes’ Lincolnshire developments, including Chantrey Park in Market Rasen, The Meadows in Dunholme, Kings Manor in Coningsby, and Millers Walk, Heron Park and The Quadrant in Boston. The developments offer a variety of properties designed to suit a range of buyers, from first-time purchasers to growing families.

Buyers interested in purchasing a home through the scheme can speak to the Chestnut Homes sales team to confirm their eligibility and find out more about how the £5,000 offer can be applied to their purchase.
