Lincolnshire homebuyers invited to Summer Sessions events across Allison Homes Central developments
Allison Homes Central is inviting homebuyers across Lincolnshire to a series of Summer Sessions events this summer, offering practical advice, moving support and the chance to explore homes across four developments.
The Summer Sessions events will take place as follows:
· Chapel Gate, Moulton Chapel: A Day in the Life event, Saturday 30th May, 10am to 5pm
· Manthorpe Chase, Grantham: Unlock Your First Home event, Saturday 30th May, 10am to 5pm
· Beaufort Gardens, Market Deeping: Your Next Move, Simplified event, Saturday 6th June, 10am to 5pm
· Frampton Gate, Frampton: A Day in the Life event, Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st June, 10am to 5pm
· Manthorpe Chase, Grantham: A Day in the Life event, Saturday 27th June, 10am to 5pm
Across the events, visitors will have the chance to speak with the sales teams, view available homes and learn more about the support available to help them take their next step, from Part Exchange and EzyMove to first-time buyer guidance and lifestyle-focused advice.
At Beaufort Gardens, Allison Homes Central will host its Your Next Move, Simplified event on Saturday 6th June, from 10am to 5pm.
Designed for buyers with an existing property to sell, the event will focus on the support available through Part Exchange and EzyMove, the homebuilder’s Assisted Sale scheme. Visitors will be able to explore the development’s three and four bedroom homes, discuss tailored moving support with the sales team and book a valuation on the day.
Through Part Exchange, buyers can receive 100 per cent market value for their existing property, with Allison Homes Central acting as the guaranteed buyer. EzyMove can also support buyers who have found their ideal Allison home but have not yet sold their current property, with the housebuilder assisting with the sale process and covering estate agent fees on completion of the customer’s existing property sale. *

Allison Homes Central will also host lifestyle focused A Day in the Life events at Chapel Gate and Frampton Gate, giving visitors a feel for what everyday life could look like in a brand-new Allison home.
Chapel Gate, located near Spalding, will host its event on Saturday 30th May, from 10am to 5pm. Visitors will be able to explore the development’s three and four bedroom homes, learn more about the local area and enjoy a kids’ activity zone with games and colouring.
Frampton Gate, in Frampton near Boston, will host its A Day in the Life event on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st June, from 10am to 5pm. Visitors can explore the development’s two, three and four bedroom homes, find out more about local amenities and commuting links, and take part in family-friendly activities including colouring, games and a treasure trail.
Both developments offer countryside living within reach of nearby towns, schools, green space and everyday amenities, making them well suited to a range of buyers, from first-time purchasers to growing families.
Manthorpe Chase in Grantham will host two Summer Sessions events, offering tailored guidance for first-time buyers as well as a lifestyle-focused look at the development.
On Saturday 30th May, from 10am to 5pm, the development will welcome visitors to its Unlock Your First Home event, designed to support first-time buyers with clear, practical guidance. Attendees will be able to explore the development’s homes, speak with the sales team and receive step-by-step support on the buying process, with an independent mortgage adviser on hand to answer questions.
Manthorpe Chase will also host A Day in the Life at Manthorpe Chase on Saturday 27th June, giving visitors another opportunity to explore the development and learn more about the local area.
