Louth-based Atomic merges with The Hubb to create expanded marketing agency
Two of Lincolnshire’s growing marketing agencies are officially joining forces as The Hubb merges into Atomic Marketing Agency, creating a stronger, larger and more ambitious creative and digital marketing business headquartered in Louth, Lincolnshire.

Founded and led by Tom Bushell and Dean Johnston, the merger brings together two highly driven entrepreneurs who share similar ambitions, values and a passion for delivering exceptional results for clients across the UK and beyond.
Operating under the Atomic brand name, the newly expanded agency will grow from a five-person team to eight specialists, with more than 40 clients transitioning into the Atomic business as part of the merger.
The combined agency will continue operating from its Lincolnshire office while serving clients nationally and internationally across a wide range of sectors including holiday parks, travel, eCommerce, fashion, agriculture and many more industries throughout Lincolnshire, the UK and globally.
As part of the new structure, Dean will take on the role of Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the day-to-day running and growth of the agency, while Tom will lead business growth and strategic expansion as Chief Executive Officer.
The agency will offer a full suite of marketing services including marketing strategy, graphic design, branding, social media management, paid advertising, SEO, website design, email marketing, AI visibility, photography, video production and more.
Over the last four years, both businesses have experienced significant growth in both turnover and client portfolios, leading to the natural decision to merge operations and continue building on their success together.
Tom Bushell, CEO of Atomic, said: “This merger is an incredibly exciting step for both businesses. Dean and I have very similar ambitions, values and ways of working, so bringing everything together under the Atomic brand felt like a natural progression. By combining our teams, experience and client bases, we’re creating a stronger agency that can offer even more value, creativity and results for our clients both locally and internationally.”
Dean, Co-Founder and COO of Atomic, added: “We’ve both built successful agencies independently over the last few years, and it became clear that by joining forces we could create something even more exciting. The combined skillsets within the team, alongside our shared vision for growth, puts us in a fantastic position for the future. We’re looking forward to continuing to support our existing clients while welcoming new businesses into the Atomic journey.”
The newly merged agency plans to continue expanding its service offering, team and client portfolio throughout 2026 and beyond, positioning Atomic as one of the region’s leading creative and digital marketing agencies.
