Newton House Care Home celebrates National Beer Day
It was wonderful to see residents engaging with one another and embracing the day's celebrations as they continue to celebrate life every day.
Residents at Newton House enjoyed a wonderful day of activities and entertainment as they came together to celebrate National Beer Day ,with a variety of themed experiences designed to promote engagement, social interaction and enjoyment.
The day began with a fun Friendship Group, where residents took part in quizzes, word searches and creative activities, providing opportunities to connect with friends and enjoy meaningful conversation in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
During the afternoon, residents were delighted to welcome the talented Nick Glover, who provided live musical entertainment. Residents thoroughly enjoyed the performance, with many joining in with singing and reminiscing through music. A variety of beers were enjoyed to help with the themed celebration’s.
