The annual campaign encourages members to donate the clothes they’ve slimmed out of to Cancer Research UK shops, celebrating their weight loss success while helping to fund life-saving research.

Jo and Flo’s Slimming World groups collected more than 300 bags of clothes, shoes and accessories from members proud to part with outfits they no longer need after making lasting healthy lifestyle changes.

The Big Slimming World Clothes Throw is always such a positive and emotional event in group. It’s amazing to see members donating their larger clothes with so much confidence, knowing they’ve made changes they can maintain for life.

We’re incredibly proud to support Cancer Research UK while celebrating our members’ fantastic achievements.

As well as raising vital funds, the campaign also highlights the importance of maintaining a healthy weight to reduce the risk of several types of cancer.

Over the years, Slimming World has raised more than £30 million for Cancer Research UK through a range of national fundraising campaigns.
