The visit brought together residents and the school’s wellbeing ambassadors, who worked side by side planting sunflower seeds. The activity provided a wonderful opportunity for conversation, laughter and shared experiences, as stories were exchanged and new friendships began to blossom.

The morning highlighted the value of meaningful community engagement, with both generations benefiting from the interaction. Residents thoroughly enjoyed the company, while the children embraced the chance to connect, learn and take part in a hands on activity.
