One relative commented, “Kisimul is a lovely Care Group, they look after their staff and residents and families. My son has been with Kisimul since 2014, we are very happy with them.”

153 relatives responded to the annual survey, which included the following headline results:

Our ultimate priority is of course, the care and wellbeing of the children and adults in our care and a big part of this is making sure relatives are true partners in the support of their loved ones.

“I would like to thank all our colleagues and teams for their excellent work over the past year, which is borne out through the results and whilst we are very happy with them, we know there is always room to improve when it comes to people’s quality of life.”

Another relative added, “I am very pleased with the care the home provides to my daughter. I can see positive changes in her behaviour and development every time I go to visit her. Staff does an amazing job.”
