The company is celebrating its achievement following an independent desk top review of policies and procedures, together with a one day on site inspection.
The on-site inspection consisted of face-to-face group discussions with staff, partner agencies and customers. This was followed by observations of actual customer service delivery at the company’s Meridian House HQ and Customer Service Centre.
The inspection looked at how staff members at ongo interact with customers, the ways that they offer effective services, and how the company involves customers in its decision making.
Again, ongo passed all areas, and was particularly praised for its engagement with customers.
