Car in collision with telegraph pole near Epworth

The incident happened at 4.40pm yesterday (Thursday September 11) on the A161.

Firefighters were called to the scene and had to use hand tools to remove the vehicle seats before placing the driver on a spine board.

She was then taken by ambulance to hospital suffering from back injuries.
