Police are investigating the alleged theft of gold jewellery from a home in Horncastle.

Appealing for information about the incident, a spokesperson for Lincolnshire Police said: “Two men visited an address in Banovallum Gardens on the morning of Friday, 3 September where they agreed to buy a number of gold pieces from an elderly individual.
