Police say the incident followed a vehicle failing to stop for officers, with the car then hitting a stationary car.

It happened at just after 8pm and fire crews from Boston and Spalding attended.

They used cutting equipment to release one passenger from the car.

He was handed to an ambulance crew at the scene, but police say there were no serious injuries.

Firefighters also disconnected the car battery to make it safe.

Shane Michael Drury, 26, of Redstone Caravan Park was later charged with dangerous driving, driving whilst disqualified and failing to stop. He was due to appear at Lincoln Mags this morning.
