Six arrested after police raid on address in Boston

Police officers have arrested three women and three men after a drugs raid in Boston.

Neighbourhood officers carried a pre-planned warrant with specialist officers on an address in Pilgrim Close, Boston, just before 10am on Monday (September 7), Lincolnshire Police said in a statement.

Three women aged 33, 37 and 49 years old, and three men aged 36, 41 and 46 years old were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs. They have been bailed while investigations remain ongoing, said police.

Neighbourhood Policing Inspector, Ian Cotton said: “We understand the impact drug-related crime has on communities and encourage people to report concerns via our website, by calling 101, or anonymously through Crimestoppers. Every report helps build our intelligence picture and target resources where they are needed most. While action may not always be immediately visible, work is continually taking place to tackle drug-related crime and address community concerns.”
