On Sunday, a Lincolnshire Police spokesperson said: “Our ‘Op Actaeon’ poaching proactive patrols continued last night and, following a call from a member of the public, three males from the Doncaster area were stopped in their vehicle and arrested on suspicion of poaching related offences.

“We are asking if anyone saw a silver and grey Subaru Forester in the areas of North Somercotes, Marshchapel, Grainthorpe and Firebeacon Lane driving at speed and driving across fields to get in touch. This was around 1.30am.”

If anyone has any CCTV or dashcam footage, call 101 and quote incident number 18 of Sunday February 28.
