Woman reportedly suffers 'serious' injuries in collision in Boston car park; man arrested
A woman has reportedly suffered ‘serious’ injuries after being struck by a vehicle in a car park in Boston.
The incident is said to have taken place at the Lincolnshire Co-op foodstore, in Woodville Road, on Saturday (March 28).
It was reported to Lincolnshire Police shortly before 3.30pm.
The force said the driver of a red Ford Fiesta is alleged to have not stopped after hitting a pedestrian, ‘an elderly lady’. Her injuries, the force says, are reported as ‘serious’.

A 28-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of falling to stop at the scene of a collision and dangerous driving, the force added. He has been released on bail while the investigation continues.
A spokesman said: “The officer in charge of this case is appealing for any witnesses, dash cam or other recorded footage of the incident or moments leading up to the alleged incident. If you’ve not yet spoken to officers and you think you can help, please get in touch.”
