Rush hour - Cyclist should buy some lights
Would the man who pedals his bike along the Bull Ring without any lights on in the evening rush hour please do something about it.
I - and at least two people I know - have almost collided with him. It’s difficult to see his bike, particularly when it is raining.
If someone did knock him off, I wonder what would happen?
