Gainsborough's Marshall's Yard switches on Christmas lights

The Christmas lights at Gainsborough’s Marshall’s Yard have now been switched on ready for the festive period.

In previous years thousands of people have turned out to take part in the lights switch on event in both the town centre and at Marshall’s Yard. But this year the display was switched on behind closed doors due to the lockdown

Charlotte Toplass, tenant liaison executive at Marshall’s Yard, said: “This is always our favourite time of year at Marshall’s Yard and although we haven’t been able to host our usual Christmas Lights Switch On event in the town this year we’re sure everyone will love seeing the centre lit up for November and December.”
