Two new industrial units could be built at Donington's Park Farm with access from the A152 roundabout.

The Duchy of Lancaster is seeking outline planning consent to build the units, with uses given as business, general industrial, storage and distribution, as well as create on-site car parking.

A statement from the applicant’s architects, Amec Foster Wheeler, says exact uses will be subject to “end user requirements”. Both units will have a warehouse with two-storey office space – one will extend to 1,383sq m with 19 parking spaces and the second 2,454 sq m with 34 parking spaces.

The decision on whether the units can be built will come from South Holland District Council.
