Balfe Motorsport ready for return to International GT Open
The pair will make their first appearance in the series since claiming the Pro-Am championship title in 2017, in a previous generation of McLaren machinery, the successful 650S GT3.
Travelling to the home of the Spanish Grand Prix, Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, Shaun and Rob will be under no illusion that they will be back at the sharp end of what is a competitive field, but will have dual goals of both enjoying the experience after several years away, and assessing the series ahead of a possible full-season return in 2021.

Hide AdThe pair will first head out on Friday, October 30, for two 60-minute free practice sessions. A day later, they will have a short 30-minute qualifying session ahead of the first race of the weekend, a 70-minute contest that afternoon. The schedule repeats on Sunday, November 1, with the second race slightly shorter at 60-minutes in length. Regular updates as well as links to free live coverage of both races will be carried across Balfe Motorsport’s social media channels across the weekend.
