"We move on to the next game against Tetney now which will be a tough test," said joint-manager Jamie Hanton.

"But we’re at home so we go into the game looking for the next win."

Kick off will be at 7.45pm tonight.

Wyberton will follow up tonight's game by travelling to Sleaford Town Juniors on Saturday (KO 3pm).

Summer signing Alex Beck netted a first-half hat-trick against Bottesford at the weekend.

Daniel White ensured it was 4-0 at the break before adding his second of the game in the second half.

"Me and Jon (Macleod, joint manager) were very happy with the result.

"We went into the game with a great attitude and mentality, and to be up 4-0 at half time, the lads can’t do much more.

"There are still certain things we can improve on. We have to keep our feet on the ground as it’s only one game, but it’s a great start which we can build on.

"Our strikers took their goals really well and showed their quality, which they have done all pre-season to be fair to them.

"Big applause has to go to Ben Lawrence, and it shows how well he played to get man of the match when someone else scores a hat-trick. He was brilliant."
