Louth Snooker and Billiards: Jubilee Knockout week two round-up

In week two of the Louth Billiards and Snooker League's Jubilee Knockout, Louth Building Supplies went top of the Town and Country Group after a fine 10-2 win against Sibjon Builders.

Derek Adlam, Ray Fawcett, Tony Byrne and Ben Chapman all won for the hosts.

GRS Electrical Services are in second position after earning a 6-6 draw away to Top Lads, with Dan Blythe and Richard Kissane winning for the hosts before Craig Gregory and Dave Evans replied for the visitors.

In fourth place are Louth Travel Centre thanks to a fine 8-4 win against NT Shaw Citroen. Terry Robinson, Keith Selby and Pete Willoughby all put the hosts in a great position only for Chris Dixon to get two valuable frames back for the visitors.

* In the Conservative Club Group, Seymour and Castle lead the way after a 10-2 away win at Dales Poultry and Game with Simon Davison, Steve Swallow, Graham Wilson and Paul Pearson all successful for the visitors.

* In the Billiards Knock-out, New Team are currently top on aggregate after winning 2-1 away against Marris Carpets.

Sam Mountain and Warren Smith helped put the visitors in a great position before Brian Copeland pulled a frame back.

Naulls and Dales lie in second place after they beat ABC Riding Wear 2-1.

Kevin Fenwick put the hosts in front only for Phil Marshal and Andy Dunn to give their team the win.

In the other game this week, Moran Travel won 2-1 against MA Stephensons Autos. Ray Charlton and Harry Putland gave Moran Travel an unassailable 2-0 lead, but Andre Fisher got a vital frame back for the home team.
