Hickman is hoping for a repeat of the last round at Knockhill, in Scotland where he recorded a pair of top five finishes.

Hicky took part in the two day test at Snetterton just a few weeks ago and has the advantage of finding a good set-up for this weekend’s two races.

He is confident he can power the JG Speedfit Kawasaki through to some good results and is looking forward to the challenge of the fast and technical old Norfolk airfield circuit.

The weekend begins with two free practice sessions on Friday at 10.15am and 3.15pm followed by the final free practice at 10.45am on Saturday.

Three-stage qualifying takes place from 4.02pm on Saturday with the final session for the fastest nine riders setting the grid for Sunday’s opening race.

There is a short warm-up on Sunday at 9.15am for the riders to check their bikes for the start of the first 16-lap race at 1pm.

The fastest lap times in race one set the grid for the second race which is due on track at 4.40pm.

Qualifying and both races are scheduled for live television broadcast on British Eurosport 2.
