Mia Flewitt and Euan Hankey were joined once again by GT3 Pro-Am pairing Stewart Proctor and Joe Osborne, with Jan Klingelnberg making his championship debut alongside the 2012 GT4 champion Warren Hughes.

The race yielded two podiums for the outfit, with the McLaren 570S GT4 of Mia and Euan finishing first and Jan and Warren second in the GT4 Pro-Am class.

Stewart and Joe scored further points in GT3 Pro-Am category with a fifth-place result in their McLaren 720S GT3.

All three cars started the three-hour contest cleanly and did well to avoid an incident on the first lap that triggered the only safety car of the race.

Stewart, Mia, and Jan handled the first portion of the race, handing over to Euan and Warren, respectively, while in GT3 Stewart ran just shy of an hour in a mammoth stint before handing over to Joe.

All three crews then drove good races, keeping out of trouble throughout, though Stewart and Joe were hampered slightly by a faulty wheel gun during one of their three mandatory pit stops.

With a never-say-die attitude, Euan gained fifth overall in GT4 on the final lap after putting in a brilliant drive.

His efforts also meant he and Mia claimed the Pro-Am win over Jan and Warren, who took second place on a memorable debut.

“I loved it out there - I had so much fun,” said Mia.

“I was consistent and picked my way through the traffic well which is always tough.

“I felt very racey and just enjoyed all of it. Euan did a great job in the closing stages to get us P5 overall which is a bonus too.”

Euan added: “I’m happy that we beat our team-mates anyway. It’s good for the coming races.”
