Shodfriars 20 continued their dominance of the Boston Snooker Centre Super League, inflicting an 8-0 thrashing onto bottom-of-the-table BSC 8.

Brian Cox, Darren Christian, Joe Welch and Tom Hill were all successful in the Acorn Taxis Boston Snooker League contest.

Donington 1 are still hot on the heels of Shods 20, after an 8-0 win over BSC 11, wins coming from Graham Cripsey, Craig Fitter, Stuart Atkin and a walkover.

BSC 2 climbed the table this week, thanks to a solid 5-3 win over third placed BSC 3. Pete Grooby beat Mark Day to give BSC 2 the lead.

Chris Ellis levelled the scores, defeating Gary Charlton. Neil Hutson and Grant Marshall shared their frames and Stuart Whitaker then sealed the win for BSC 2, beating Nigel Robinson.

BSC 10 got a much-needed win this week, defeating Cons 6 5-3. Dan Burt beat Ben Wrigglesworth to put BSC ahead.

Mario Richards and Craig Lee shared their frames and Nick Hanson and Sam Hill played out a draw. The last match was also a draw between Rick Ladds and Chris Spencer.

In the Launchburys Premier League, Cons 7 extended their lead at the top of the table to eight points as they defeated Cons 3 6-2.

Jamie Simmons and Graham Johnson drew the opening frames. Dean Simmons put Cons 7 3-1 ahead by defeating Peter Epton. Charlie Rolfe and Scot Gray shared their frames before Paul Tether defeated Paddy Kearns to seal Cons 7 win.

BSC 16 moved back in to second place with a 7-1 win over BSC 12. Graham Day and Stan Matthews drew the first match and Mick Marshall defeated Alan Laws to put the 16 in to the lead. Paul Spencer beat Steve Greensmith to extend the lead. The final frames went the way of the 16, as David Cutting beat Neil Morris.

Cons 2 and Shods 3 met this week and played out a 4-4 draw.

Dave Whyler and Paul Taylor, Dale Sawer and Dan Collins, Des Snell and Jim Ely and Keith Carrington and Russ Snade couldn’t be separated.

Cons 5 hosted Kirton Leisure and came away with a needed 5-3 win. Alan Haycock gave Cons the lead, beating Steve Sharp. Julian Furnell levelled the score, defeating Alan Yardley. Bill Spooner and Andy Bush shared their frames to leave the scores level at 3-3. Derek Wood then beat Louis Wong to seal the 5-3 win for Cons.

The Johnson Motor Car sales Division One saw BSC 13 suffer a shock loss at the hands of BSC 7.

Adam Cartwright and Jason Pocklington shared the opening frames befoe Barney Wood and Kevin Hirst also drew.

Paul Creasey defeated Adam Brackenbury to put BSC 7 4-2 ahead before Paul Argyle then secured the win for the 7 before drawing his match with Paul Oyitch.

West End closed the gap at the top of the table to three points, thanks to a 6-2 win over BSC 9.

Gav Hallgarth and Carl Mason drew the opening frames before Kev Stait defeated Stephen Cock to put West End 3-1 ahead.

Nathan Cock and Tim Bell drew their frames as Jon Bell beat Callum Simmons in the last match of the evening.

BSC 6 defeated BSC 18 6-2. Andy Bird beat Holly Sharp to give BSC 6 the lead and Jay McDonald and Gordon Russell drew their frames.

Mike Deal defeated Tyler Wallace, before Bradley Gagg and Alan Traynor drew.

Graves Park hosted BSC 15 this week and came away with a 5-3 win.

Ian Russell defeated Ged Hall to give BSC the lead before John Hodgson and Stu Holland drew their match.

John Clarke defeated Jason Cuppleditch to pull the match level and Martin Hodgson defeated Jamie Rushin to secure the win for Graves Park.
