Buccs are undone by Wolf Hunt
Sherwood Wolf Hunt 48
Boston Buccaneers head coach Mark Bean had the luxury of taking a full squad of 20 away to Sherwood Wolf Hunt on Saturday, but the team were unable to upset the reigning Division One champions.
The Buccaneers handed out debuts to no fewer than nine players, but there had been no time to train as a squad and this was to prove costly.

Man of the match Jamie Jenkins made great yards, tip toeing up the side line and offloading to prop Will Scupham to score under the posts before Dan Mackie scored the extra two points.
A series of penalties and poor ball handling cost the Buccaneers.
The Wolf Hunt were now exploiting these mistakes and were racking up the tries.

The second half started brightly for Boston who started to move the ball well through second row Jonathan Spencer and centre Liam Croker.
But tthe Buccaneers lacked finishing and the game slipped out of their reach losing 48-16.
A consolation try by debutant winger Chris Wells did nothing to dampen the disappointment of a game that, on paper, the Buccaneers should have done better in.
