Four NHS daredevils take on charity 30th birthday skydive
Staff from Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) have successfully completed a charity skydive.

Two NHS nursing staff and two NHS management accountants travelled to Nottingham for the skydive on Saturday 31 October, to celebrate Lincolnshire NHS Charity’s 30th birthday.
They skydived from 14,000ft to raise funds celebrating 30 years of providing extras to support the physical and mental health of Lincolnshire.

So far they have raised £1420.
Izzy Kirk, Management Accountant said: “It was an incredible experience and one I’ll never forget!
"The feeling of jumping out the plane, free-falling and then taking in all the views was amazing. I’m really proud I did the skydive and had the opportunity to raise funds to make such a positive difference to our patients, staff, and communities.
"A huge thank you to everyone who came along to support us and to all who donated."
Lincolnshire NHS Charity plays a vital role in supporting LCHS and Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation NHS Trust (LPFT) to make a real difference to patients and service user care. These Trusts cover mental health, learning disability, autism, and dementia services at LPFT and community healthcare services at LCHS.
The charity provides the little extras that make a big difference, to patients and staff, such as specialist equipment, practical furniture and memory trees.
Ben Petts, Interim Charity Manager at Lincolnshire NHS Charity said: “Thank you to all our skydivers and their supporters.
“We are thrilled to have held this event during the 30th birthday of our charity.”
