Cracking time in Tennyson country

Get out and about this Easter and help raise money for good causes along the way with two events at Bag Enderby Church.

This Saturday, March 26, members of the Zero degrees Chorus there will be holding a fun Easter egg hunt for children from 10am to 11.15am.

Children must be accompanied by an adult and as it can be muddy, wellies are advised.

A donation of £2 per child is requested, with every child receiving an Easter egg and certificate on completion.

There will be also cakes and coffee on sale afterwards.

In the afternoon, adults can Walk in the Footsteps of Tennyson, around Somersby, Bag Enderby and surrounds, taking in several Tennyson locations - some off the beaten track.

The walk will last around two hours, starting from the church at 1.30pm, and a £5 donation is requested.
