Horncastle Ladies Probus
The February meeting of the Horncastle Ladies Probus Club was held at the Admiral Rodney Hotel, when the speakers were Gemma and her mother from Lymn Bank Farm Cheeses.
Thirteen years ago, they started making cheese using milk from a nearby farm and they now make many types of cheese, using family and employing local people.
They talked about the method of making different types of cheese and members enjoyed sampling many of the range, which included Just Jane, Skegness Blue, a charcoal black cheese and Skegness Gold.
The next meeting will be on March 22, which will be the annual meeting.
