New Lions president roars into town!

The official change of club resident for Coningsby and Tattershall Lions has taken place.

Immediate past president Jackie Jewell formally handed over the chain of office to the incoming Lion president Neil Marshall at a barbecue hosted by Neil and his wife Babs.

“Lions are volunteers; ordinary people doing amazing things,” said Jackie.

“I congratulate the club on all their hard work during 2015/16 when Coningsby and Tattershall Lions completed over 550 activities, helped over 12,000 people and donated £8,858 to worthy causes.”

After the formalities, various votes of thanks were given not least to Lion Jackie for her leadership,and presentations were made to family members Val, Pat and Andy for their support throughout the year.
