Jamie Wood has some comic questions about love at the LPAC

A comically cynical look at love comes to Lincoln Performing Arts Centre this week as Jamie Wood presents O No!.

Jamie Wood returns from the Edinburgh Fringe with a new show, employing his signature blend of anarchic comedy and emotional terrorism.

This new piece is a psychedelic ride, and wonky homage to Yoko Ono, the woman damned in many people’s eyes for (in their view) destroying The Beatles,

O No! borrows Yoko Ono’s art instructions to ask whether falling in love is always catastrophic.

This is a show about reckless optimism, avant-garde art and what we might learn from the hippies.

The show is on Thursday, February 4 at 7.30pm and tickets are £12 (£10 concessions, £5 NUS and under-26) are available now on 01522 837600 or www.lpac.co.uk
