Armchair rescue for cat in Tattershall Thorpe
Firefighters helped a cat out of a tight corner after it became stuck in an armchair in Tattershall Thorpe on Sunday night.
The drama unfolded when a fire crew from Woodhall Spa was called out to a house in North Road where a cat had got its tail trapped in a electric armchair mechanism at about 10.15pm.
Firefighters used mini cutters and small tools to free the cat’s tail from the armchair’s mechanism.
