Bassetlaw: Hospital League of Friends urgently needs new volunteers
Bassetlaw Hospital’s League of Friends club is in danger of folding if it does not get urgently-needed new volunteers.
The club has been running for around 50 years and the hospital has benefitted greatly during this time. If anyone has some spare time and would like to get involved, please e-mail [email protected] or by telephone 01623 621193 (preferably evenings).
The club has just purchased equipment for the Rehab Unit for Cardiac Care at Retford Hospital, which covers patients from Bassetlaw also. All these little extras will no longer be available should the club cease to exist.
