Beckingham: Driver fined for using mobile phone
A woman from Beckingham has been fined for using her mobile while driving.
Charmaine Smith, 39, of The Limes, Beckingham, was fined £55, £20 victim surcharge, £20 costs and her licence was endorsed with three points after she was seen using a hand-held mobile phone while driving.
No disqualification was imposed.
