John Hunter, 32, of Wheeler Close, Boston. At Scunthorpe, assaulted a police officer, acting in the exercise of their functions as an emergency worker, by beating them – two counts. In each case, community order made with Alcohol Treatment Requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. In one case, to pay compensation of £25. £90 victim surcharge. Conviction of an offence while a community order made for the offences of shoplifting (three counts) and criminal damage (two counts) was in force. Community order revoked. Community order made. Adam Jablonski, 35, of Hospital Lane, Boston. At Benington, in West End Road, drove when the proportion of the controlled drug amphetamine in his blood equalled 400 micrograms per litre. Legal limit 250mcg. £567 fine. £56 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 25 months. Driving record endorsed. At Benington, in West End Road, on the same date, drove when the proportion of the controlled drug delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood equalled 4.4 micrograms per litre. Legal limit 2mcg.
