Paul Davis, 61, of Lady Lane, Wainfleet. Committed assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. £21 victim surcharge. £85 costs.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

Joba Harness, 19, of Spirewic Avenue, Skegness. At Ingoldmells, damaged a police car to the value of £841.81 belonging to Lincolnshire Police with intent or by being reckless as to whether it would be damaged. Community order made. Unpaid Work Requirement: 60 hours. To pay compensation of £200. £85 victim surcharge. At Ingoldmells, on the same date, assaulted a police constable with intent to resist or prevent the lawful apprehension or detainer of himself for an offence. Community order made, as above. To pay compensation of £75. At Ingoldmells, on the same date, in a public place, namely Summerlands Caravan Park, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. No separate penalty. At Skegness, on a later date, without reasonable excuse, entered McDonald’s, in Grand Parade, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Community order made, as above.
